This wine exemplifies our focus on small barrel production and offers a distinctive reflection of our mountain terroir. Sustained by the warm velvet of Mourvedre and finished with the spice and pepper notes of Counoise, what we achieve with Ember is a superb balance of varietals forged from a deep understanding of our fruit. Remarkably approachable in its youth, Ember greets you with ripe cherry, black plum and spice on the nose, and smoky, velvety fruit with a hint of wild game on the palate. The rich fruit is mouth filling, almost unctuous, finishing cleanly with lingering fruit, smoke and spice.
